Every board, circuit and accessory.
Four services, all tested to BS 7671 and certified.
Since 2020 a private landlord in England must have the installation inspected at least every five years, hold the report and give it to tenants. We code honestly: a C1 or C2 means danger or potential danger and we will not issue a satisfactory report where one applies, however inconvenient that is for a tenancy start date.

An old board with no RCD protection is the commonest serious finding in east London housing stock. Replacing it also means checking the earthing and bonding, because a new board on inadequate earthing is a tidy-looking installation that still is not safe.
A breaker that trips intermittently is a fault to be found, not a breaker to be replaced. We test to locate it rather than guessing at the obvious, which is slower on the day and avoids the second visit that guessing guarantees.

A charge point draws a sustained high load, so the main supply, the earthing arrangement and the existing board all have to be assessed before anything is ordered. We check first and tell you honestly when a supply upgrade is needed rather than fitting something that nuisance-trips.
